1. You are friends with the people who work at your nail salon.
2. And by friends, I mean you walk into the salon and everyone calls out your name. You say hello to each other with hugs and kisses. Sometimes you bring cookies to share with everyone.
3. Your nails MUST be the same length.
4. Your nails MUST be painted at all times.
5. If you have one tiny chip or break, it’s a trip to the nail salon because you have a nail emergency!
6. You cringe when you see people biting their nails.
7. You cringe when you see people with unpainted, uneven nails.
8. When you’re watching a TV show or movie where the lead’s nails aren’t manicured, you think, “WHY?”
9. You think the perfect social gathering is girlfriends going to get their nails done together.
10. Your nails: your baby.
11. The first thing you notice when you’re watching a TV show or movie is what kind of color or design the actresses have their nails painted.
12. When people say to you, “I just paint my nails myself! It saves so much money!” You scoff and think, “A manicure is money WELL spent!”
13. You firmly believe that nice hands tell about a person’s character and personality.
