Are you ready to shed your winter weight and look fabulous for summer?  Taking a long hike on a hill or bike path can burn almost 500 calories!  Not only will it help you lose weight, but it will help you get some fresh air.  But, while you’re hiking, remember:

  • Bring a fully charged phone
  • Stay hydrated!  Bring a water!
  • Never go for long walks alone.  Bring a buddy.
  • Always have a snack handy in case you feel dizzy.
  • Keep your skin safe by wearing sunscreen
