DIY This Thanksgiving: Healthy Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Silk Soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree
  • 4 Medjool dates (soaked and skinned)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

1. Pulverize all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely liquified.
2. Store in sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
3. Add a generous portion to coffee or tee and enjoy!
