  • Protein Powder
  • If you don’t like protein powder, substitute that with Greek yogurt

Lunch

  • Broccoli salad
  • Lean Ground Turkey

Dinner

  • Egg Whites
  • Piece of Cheese
  • Low Carb Wrap

Snacks

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Protein Bar
  • Nature Valley Bar
