How Can I Get a Quality Workout at Home? #Quarantine

How can women workout from home now that we’re in quarantine? Fitness expert Maria fills us in!

A lot of women don’t have heavy weights at home. If you don’t, make sure you do high reps. With me, I’m still working from home as a teacher doing E-learning and sending out newsletters. I’m sitting a lot throughout the day, so my advice would be to keep moving. Doing yoga is a great way to work out remotely. Women can use what they have at home as their weights. They can use water bottles or cans.
