Back in 2010, US Weekly broke the news of Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal’s budding romance with the headline “Jake & Taylor IN LOVE.”
In the US Weekly photo, Swift has her arm wrapped around Gyllenhaal’s shoulder. Swift was, of course, drinking a maple latte (an important detail) on a gorgeous fall day. The two of them look very much happy and in love.
After their breakup, Swift wrote her album “Red,” that went on to sell 7 million copies. Most importantly, she penned the song “All Too Well,” which Rolling Stone called her best song ever. On Friday, Swift re-released her album, entitled “Red (Taylor’s Version)” that includes the track “All Too Well.” For this album, Swift has turned the track into a 10 minute song. Swift also released a short film to go along with the track.
The song is clearly about Gyllenhaal, with lyrics referencing the maple latte.
